Agregar Etiqueta | Sumario: | This research project determines the incidence of audit performance efficiency and effectiveness in the company Expotuna SA, branch Quevedo, located in Parroquia 24 de mayo y Avenida San Rafael, his legal representative Ing. Ramón Fernández Rodríguez during the period from January to December 2014; the company is engaged in the marketing of sea products in different forms. The purpose of the research is to evaluate the process performed by the administrative staff by management audit through which indicators to assess the efficiency and effectiveness checking whether it met the internal labor regulations, thus helping to designing improve existing activities within the reporting period. This research was the collection of information concerning and relevant to the processes performed by the application of techniques such as documentary observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Inductive, deductive and analytical methods for better understanding and study of the information obtained was used in the course of the investigation; also risk factors applying relevant audit evidence and application of indicators of efficiency and effectiveness is determined by a matrix later. Through the results of the performance audit findings and recommendations are discussed in relevant aspects that help decision making for the growth and development of the company. This research work consists of seven chapters, the same that will have an understanding of the entity and its development in the period under review.
