The research question focuses on how the waste generated by agribusiness and its effects on the environmental quality of the watershed in the parish of San Carlos, in 2013, integrated management plan influence? where the research hypothesis to prove it is clear: the waste that is generated by agribusiness Balsaflex located in the parish of San Carlos Campus "Toquillal" a direct impact on environmental quality. Specific objectives: to identify and quantify the types of waste generated by agriculture and industry effects, the current situation of the management of waste generated by the Balsaflex agribusiness, develop a comprehensive management plan for the estuary Peñafiel watershed located in the Campus Toquillal in the parish of San Carlos. Having identified the problem and the purpose of the research, the methodology is defined, the type of research will be exploratory as a base and support for the formulation of hypotheses. The techniques used were observations, 109 household surveys and executive / family as respectively, physical analysis, chemical water estuary Peñafiel.
