Шошго нэмэх | Тойм: | In this research work implementing a risk management model it was tried on the basis of ISO 31000: 2009, which aims to bolster the quality of services offered by the Private Education Unit "Abdon Calderon" to Quevedeña community and surrounding areas. First the contextual framework of the investigation is treated as subject to the proposed instruction, which is the problem to solve and the scientific justification of the subject. And plots to carry out the required research and hypotheses objectives. Second was the theoretical framework, several authors think about the concepts and on the subject of study, which served as an aid to understanding the proposed theme. The third chapter is the form of research methodology as it will carry out, with methods and what kind of research will be needed. Then come the results of field work, tabulation of data obtained in surveys, where the degree of knowledge and plans of the institution determined as to the risks and the results showed that are low and served for the development of raised pattern. The methodology used was to determine the processes and plans necessary to determine the degree of risk posed by the breach, which affects the business and the quality of the services offered, using the principles, the framework and the process risk management of the ISO 31000: 2009 UEPAC strategic objectives are met, improve quality and be a secure institution. Finally the risk management model based on the ISO 31000 standard the particular educational unit "Abdon Calderon" guarantee its internal and external customers, a service with the highest levels of quality.
