Sumari:The Professional Drivers Union is a labor organization formed by a group of directors of the Society of Professional Drivers through a general assembly on July 26, 1975, in this assembly manifest Mr. Santos Facuy Merchan the following: it should become the society of Professional drivers Balzar by a union, the motion was accepted, therefore society so stop being such and became Professional drivers’ Union Balzar Canton . It currently has services of a training school for professional drivers, with a surgical clinic. Internal control is the most appropriate means to achieve their business goals and objectives , internal control was implemented in the Union of Professional Drivers Canton Balzar , which enabled a structured organization in which defined functions and responsibilities of each area and as well as rules and procedures to guide the organization of the operations of the organization. This research methodology and techniques (surveys and interviews) questionnaires addressed to the General Secretary and Accounting , by the results that reflects the level of confidence and moderate risk which are within acceptable parameters , it was determined that the union will not have used an internal control manual describing the functions and procedures for staff to be oriented in their activities. The internal control manual is a document that contains an orderly and systematic way of structures and information on policies, functions, systems, procedures and activities of the different areas.
