The research is based on determining the affects the administrative system of logistics and its impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the Pipeline Project Pascuales – Cuenca.The results were expressed that 30% of respondents agree that if fulfills activities under the administrative procedures and logistics systems; regarding the quality of materials 66% believe that there is no review of the quality of the materials acquired through the area giving rise to partial fulfillment of the required specifications.
