Auditoría operativa al área de talento humano y su relación con la eficiencia de la constructora Hidalgo & Hidalgo, cantón Quevedo, año 2013

The present research on the area of Operational Audit Talent and its relation to the efficiency of the construction Hidalgo & Hidalgo, Quevedo Canton 2013 aims to analyze administrative policies, assess compliance with the internal control and measure the efficiency of administrative processes and their impact on business growth of the construction, the same that was developed by applying research methods, inductive, deductive, analytical, systematic; as well as techniques and procedures pertaining to the performance audit that assesses the effectiveness, efficiency, economy and ethics in the management of administrative processes. In assessing the political weaknesses committed in the management of staff found as there is no internal regulations where rights and obligations are identified, further assessment of internal control was conducted using 8 components established COSO II allowed to determine the confidence level controls set the 43.40% and a risk level of 56.60%, using indicators identified that the processes of recruitment is not being met by not asking the basic requirements to welcome a new employee once analyzed all these airlines it is necessary to inform the authorities of all business failures and in turn the possible solutions focused on improving processes that contribute to good management of company resources with efficiency criteria.
