Zusammenfassung:Human talent management is essential for the quality of service in any organization. Its influence determines that a well-managed team is more competent, motivated and aligned with the company's objectives. Its influence translates into greater customer satisfaction. The research focuses on the District Directorate 13D05 El Carmen – Salud, a public entity that seeks to improve comprehensive development through optimal management of human talent, provide quality service and positively impact the well-being of users. The research objective was to determine the influence of human talent management on the quality of services. The methodology used was qualitative, quantitative and field, deductive, inductive and analytical methods were used, through research techniques such as surveys, questionnaires, interviews and SWOT analysis, allowing information to be obtained about the current situation of collaborators, users. and those responsible for the human resources of the intervened District, these results were analyzed, compacted and presented through figures and tables for a greater understanding of the work. The results showed that only 67.1% of the staff knows their obligations and responsibilities in the entity, 77% of the users stated that the quality of the service depends on the attention time and that there is a weakness in the strategies currently executed. the Human Talent area and its managers. Therefore, it is concluded that human talent management has a positive or negative impact, depending on the strategies applied and the monitoring by those responsible for improving the quality of the health service.
