Tóm tắt:The research was developed based on the main problem the lack of a plan for tourism marketing affects the development of the tourist complex "Bambú Z" and its positioning in the market because the problem arises mainly aimed at designing a marketing plan for the resort "Bambú Z" the Citadel North canton Quevedo. It states that tourism is fast becoming one of the largest industries in the world and the revenue generated by the same and represent an important part of the global economy. All trends seem to indicate that this phenomenon will continue to grow and that in the future, more people will be willing to travel to different parts of the world. This category of the economy has a strong impact on poverty reduction and wealth creation, because the chain of commercial, industrial and service agents directly or indirectly involved in its development, from the smallest to the largest , thus strengthening the economy through job creation and increased supply and demand; also it promotes social well-being through healthy, healthy recreation and social and family life. Today the tourist information is an effective way to promote products and services to visitors who require this care tool; for it is considered important that the resort "Bambú Z" has the necessary care and preparation to introduce a quality product, and thus serve as a safe instrument of a destination. Anything that can be sold to the visitor always has to know the different levels of the product, the basic factors and all possibilities to structure and give a better presentation to have tourism impact and be accepted by tourists.
