Summary:This research entitled BEHAVIOR SCHOOL AND HIS INCIDENCE IN LA COEXISTENCE HARMONIC OF THE STUDENTS OF THE SCHOOL OF EDUCATION BASIC DELIA IBARRA DE VELASCO, IN THE ACADEMIC PERIOD 2015-2016. It allowed to determine the two variables school behaviour and harmonious coexistence was developed at the same time the main purpose of this research which is to evaluate the incidence of school behavior in the harmonious coexistence of the student, a high rate of students identified with problems of inappropriate behavior inside and outside of the classroom due to the scarce harmonious coexistence in the educational community difficulties generated short relationship peer, isolates, demonstrating little involvement in school activities and in the home. This thesis presents a hypothesis as the inappropriate school behavior negatively affects the harmonious coexistence of students. Them results that is reached with the development of this research was the behavior school favoring the coexistence harmonic of them students in the process of teaching-learning, students motivated improving the behavior within them groups of work, parents of family interested in them activities School of their represented, teachers involved in the performance and interrelations of them students. The research "Delia Ibarra de Velasco", develops a proposal through the development of a practical manual of values for elementary school students with positive developments in the problems evidenced in school behavior within the classroom while maintaining harmonious coexistence in the educational community.
