The deductive method was applied to know the environments in which studies of this product have been handled and to obtain conclusions about results and experiences by other companies dedicated to the elaboration of soy milk, this was based on primary and secondary sources, that allowed The collection of data to carry out the technical study in order to establish the installed capacity through unsatisfied demand and to know the annual, monthly and daily volume of production, as well as the machines and tools to be used for the milk production process of Soy, the design and presentation of the product is created, in addition, it specifies specifically the process of acquisition of the raw material for the due transformation that is punctuated in the flow diagram of the established production process, with this information proceeded to the economic analysis , Starting from the investment of the project, indicating all the fixed assets and analyzing in detail the General Capital of Operations, once the cost of production was calculated, the unit production cost was obtained that allowed to obtain the sale price with this information was made the State Profit and the cash flow of the microenterprise Ms. Soya. The economic and financial evaluation used techniques for its economic evaluation in order to know the profitability of the project by calculating the B / C, the break-even point, and the application of the NPV and TIR. |
