| Zusammenfassung: | This research focuses on knowing how to strengthen emotional intelligence as an index as a strategy to improve affective communication in first year high school students at the Nicolás Infante Díaz School. The main objective is; To develop a proposal for psychopedagogical intervention that promotes emotional intelligence, one of the problems that it presents is that young students fail to express their feelings, desires and needs, causing an emotional impact of isolation, sadness, poor communication, low academic performance by feeling poorly understood and valued. For the methodological study, bibliographical and field research types, statistical methods were applied, presenting a mixed approach for data analysis. By applying survey and interview techniques, the results were obtained indicating that the majority of students show emotional balance and development of social skills, there is still a minority group of students who have difficulties in controlling their emotions and communicating with others, for which strategies are proposed that adapt to the environment and needs of the students, concluding that they must work together with dynamic actions that promote participatory exercise and quality education framed within the plan of good living, as required by the Ministry of Education, within a healthy learning environment, which takes into account their emotional needs and interpersonal relationships, which recognizes and listens to the typical problems that usually occur, typical of their age. |
