Niveles de promotor de crecimiento orgánico (Extracto de quillaja) en la cría y engorde de pato pekin (Anas platyrhynchos) en el cantón Valencia.

The present investigation carried out in the Canton Valencia, province The Rivers, which geographical location is 00°59 ' 8,5 " of south latitude and 79°21 ' 42,6 " of length west, with an altitude of 105 msnm. The investigation had a duration of 90 days. The treatments under study were: T1 = Witness (0 ppm of extract of quillaja); T2 = I summarize of quillaja (150 ppm); T3 = I summarize of quillaja (250 ppm) and T4 = I summarize of quillaja (350 ppm). One used 5 ducks as experimental unit and 5 repetitions, giving a total of 100 birds. (DCA) used a Design completely at random with four treatments and five repetitions, the results were analyzed statistically applying the Analysis of Variance (ADEVA). The results were: In the corresponding thing to the profit of weight of the total accumulated in the initial and final stage (14 - 70 days) giving the major weight in profit the treatment witness with 9566.42 grams. The total accumulated of the initial consumption of the phases and put on weight (14 - 70 days) the major magnitude witness appeared in the treatment with 62188.56 grams. As for the total accumulated of the food conversion in the two (14 - 70 days) witness reached his better conversion with the treatment with 6.54 grams. The major relation benefit / cost for treatment appeared with the treatments Witness and Extract of quillaja (250 ppm) with 0.27 dollars.
