| Riassunto: | This research project was developed at the National Telecommunications Corporation in the Department of Human-Area Technical Talent. The overall objective is to determine the incidence of management department Human-Area Technical Talent in compliance with the institutional objectives of the National Telecommunications Corporation period 2012. The first specific objective is to check the degree of uptake of the laws, rules and regulations in the technical area of the CNT, the next goal is to assess the level of compliance with the objectives and goals of the Technical Department of the CNT, the third objective Check the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided by the Technical Area The fourth objective is to develop the corresponding Management Audit Report. The materials and methods used in the research were: Deductive Inductive, Synthetic Analytical, statistical and descriptive, the types of research that the Country utilizarónes allowed to collect information and descriptive research that was to describe situations observed in the technical area, and techniques and instruments such as observation, interview and survey, research design was non-experimental, and the creation of the audit firm. The first objective was implemented with the assessment of internal control in its five components that allowed to know the weaknesses, strengths and the degree of compliance with the rules and objectives of the Technical Area obtaining a confidence level of 88.17% which is higher and the risk of 12.83% which is low; the second objective unfolded using the working papers and management indicators that were attended orders on the orders entered into the system annually, earning gaps facilities services 12.80% 11.40% Internet TV TH on serviced have proper performance of 11.84% 13% 13.16% which agreed that the Technical Area Talent is effective, efficient and to fulfill the third objective matrix realized customer satisfaction it gave me an average of 73 % satisfaction surveying different sectoral users. |
