Elaboración de un plan estratégico para la hacienda "Elenita" destinada a la producción de caucho ubicada en la zona del Vergel.

This thesis with the theme development of a strategic plan for the property "Elenita", intended for the production of rubber, located in the area of the orchard. For the contextual framework of the investigation were taken in to account is sues such as; introduction, general objective and specific objectives and hypotheses. In the theoretical frame work topics and subtopics that deal with research, related definitions and concepts as detailed; company and ranking. Management, administrative, farm management, internal and external factors, strategic plan, types of charts, rubber, rubber in Ecuador, factors of production (land, labor, capital), marketing, market, product, price, demand and supply. To develop this thesis were used, methods, types, design, technical and research sources. Analysis and interpretation of the results of the interview applied to the Manager of the company, and the design of these strategic plan was under taken to improve the company which includes: structural organization, manual functions, corporate principles, mission, vision, objectives, strategies, program flow of the production process. Conclusions and recommendations, which were obtained after making the analysis of there search were made. Bibliographical source sun derlying the concepts and definitions.
