Summary:This research is based on the elaboration of a marketing plan to increase the market share of the company "Metrocyber" canton Quevedo, Los Rios province, stating that the main problem is how does the lack of a marketing plan impact on the market share of the company "Metrocyber" Quevedo canton?, this has caused loss of customers by growing the competitive market, which remains the owner concerned because this causes the decrease of its expected earnings. The study analyzed within the contextual framework of research the causes and effects of the problem, the lack of implementation of a marketing plan for the company, establishing the justification showing that it is important to study because it will implement marketing strategies determining the main objective of developing a marketing plan to increase market share Quevedo Canton. According to the study results established that 81% of people do not know the company Metrocyber this evidence that has little recognition in the market, this incentive structure of marketing strategies that help offer services and products in the market quevedeño, plus marketing mix analysis taking into account the variable product, price, place and promotion, where advertising was selected as various media including radio, banners, flyers that will promote the company was made. For the required amount of investment for the implementation of the proposal it was necessary to establish the budgets of all the strategies suggested to implement.
