Zusammenfassung:The research was conducted in the San Juan district of the parish Guasaganda Canton La Maná, Cotopaxi province, Ms. Of the property Mariana de Jesus Salazar. The geographical location is 0 ° 50 '28 "South latitude and 60 ° 14'08" west longitude. It lasted 90 days. The overall objective of the research was to evaluate the breeding and fattening of Pekin ducks with balanced supplement perennial peanut and specific objectives: Establish productive parameters in weight gain, feed conversion and carcass yield. To determine the effect of forage peanut (Arachispintoy) in fattening Peking Duck. Perform economic analysis study treatments. We determined the response to this research using a completely randomized design (DCA) with 4 treatments and 4 repetitions, where xiii 5 ducks represented an experimental unit. Incorporating perennial peanut had an impact on the growth of the ducks and that as there was increased groundnut decreased weight gain in the early stages of life, but this decline is exceeded during the research process adapted to perennial peanut and recovering the weights that were missed initially. The lower consumption was observed in T4 treatment (100% balanced) converting the obtained Best T1 treatment (40% and 60% balanced forage peanut), and T4 (100% balance) the lowest conversion as needed more food to be processed into meat. better carcass yield T4 treatment was 100% balanced with 85.49%. In both regarding costs by using 40% of balanced and 60% of forage peanut sample be cheaper during the investigation and found the indicator benefit / cost to $ 136.00, which means that for every dollar invested has a return of 27 cents. Therefore it is recommended as a supplement to use 60% of peanut forage due to profitability.
