Diseño de un manual de control interno para el mejoramiento de la gestión administrativa en la cooperativa de transportes Macuchi La Mana, periodo 2012

This research was conducted in the city of La Maná, Cotopaxi province and general objective was to design a proposal for a manual of internal control for the improvement of the administrative management in the cooperative de transports Macuchi for year 2012, whose specific objectives is the company of transport Macuchi Situational diagnosis, analyze periods and procedures rational for updating methods and means for improvement in the conduct of business activities and institutional of the Macuchi transport company and design a proposal of hierarchies and operating flow suitable for different functions of development entrepreneur-institutional internal and external of the company of transport Macuchi, enabling the correct ordering and resource allocation and management between their departments. Raised the general hypothesis: the absence of a Manual of Internal Control, affects negatively the process administrative-financial, cooperative transport Interprovincial Macuchi year 2012. It decided as results that it is important for this project to know that there is feasible the creation of a Manual of Internal Control the same one that it must be applied in the carrier Macuchi. In addition to be employed at the development of a manual of Control to correct administrative problems of the Carrier Macuchi to offer an excellent environment of work that facilitates the communication and relation of his workers.
