Manual de procedimientos para el departamento de Recursos Humanos de la Ilustre Municipalidad del Cantón Saquisilí.

This investigation gathers information about employees´ functions of the Staff Department of Honorable Saquisili City Council, because it is necessary the application of Procedures Manual in order that makes easy the development of staff activities who works in this department. It also gathers information from the job designed to each employee in this section as well as the viewpoint of its authorities who support the need to apply a tool that guides the control of its work activities. Besides it analyzes the surveys and interviews results that were applied to workers and authorities who work in this area, it was in order to define exactly the functions of each worker and in this way improve the services quality, for this reason it was selected appropriate bibliography and it was applied suitable methodological procedure that allows to prove the hypothesis. To conclude after the discussion of research results, I propose the use of a Procedures Manual for the Staff Department like an alternative that guides the particular responsibility of each worker and in this way helps to improve and optimize the service from those who works in this dependence
