Sistema contable y su incidencia en la operatividad administrativa financiera de la compañía Manobandacorp C.A. del cantón Quevedo, en el año 2022

The accounting system plays an essential role in the financial administrative operations of any organization. It is a tool that allows recording and managing all financial transactions, which directly influences decision making and operational efficiency. The application of an accounting system in the business environment allows the improvement in the organization and optimization of resources, in decision making and streamlining of management times. The objective of the research is to determine the incidence of the accounting system in the administrative and financial operability of the company MANOBANDACORP C.A. The research is descriptive, explanatory and the techniques used were: review of documents, regulations, procedures, interview guide was used, the results obtained describe that the accounting department has an average reliability through the score of the observations presented in different interviews to the personnel of the accounting department. Regarding the administrative department, the operability and accuracy of the records has a high reliability determined with the same methodology mentioned above. Finally, the financial indicators determine that the company in general has a good financial health, not in an optimal state, but in acceptable conditions, and an adequate administrative and financial management for most of the parameters. The corresponding recommendations were made to make corrections and improvements in the processes.
