The current research on " LABOUR RISKS AND ITS IMPACT ON ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT FOR THE TOBACCO COMPANY SA THE FRANCEY PERIOD 2011-2012. MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH " guides the importance of implementing this resource to improve the prevention of work performed by the company. With the provision of a legal framework and context that presents the research problem, serve as a guide to follow in obtaining results that join the knowledge gained versus the economic support for it, the problem is the question posed: How does occupational hazards in the administrative management of the Tobacco company the Francey SA, Quevedo-Ecuador in 2011-2012? The answer to this question is the process through directed research methodology deductive methods, descriptive, propositional, statistical, documentary tools and techniques such as direct observation, survey and interview. The study population headed to agricultural staff and operational criteria of the Francey because of methods and Human Resources Department processes of the company. The collection of information conducted by qualitative and quantitative techniques is represented in the survey, interview, and this will benefit by support tools such as camera, notebook. This research is useful for the implementation of an OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH model management in the Tobacco company The Francey S.A., Quevedo-Ecuador to improve and reduce the total costs of accidents.
