For the development of the research the economically active population was taken in 2010, the Canton Buena Fe having a total 23,049 inhabitants according to the National Institute of Statistics and Census (INEC), the probability formula was applied to calculate the sample population, which gave a total of 393 people, to which we applied the survey to collect information necessary for the development of the project. A market study was conducted to analyze the supply and demand of ice cream cakes, a technical study that determined the legal, organizational and physical structure of the company "Galaxy" producer and marketer of ice cream cakes are also performed and finally financial economic study that reflects the economic items admitting the viability and profitability of the project was performed. According to market research, thanks to the results of the survey of the inhabitants of Canton Buena Fe, it was noted that 97% of respondents agree with the creation of the company's "Galaxy" producer and marketer of ice cream cakes, so that unsatisfied demand is observed, since there is a company that produces and markets such products. It is considered that 50% are willing to eat the ice cream cake, and 100% of respondents indicated that the right place for the producer and marketer of ice cream cakes business work is at the center of Canton Buena Fe. With technical study production processes for ice cream cakes and requirements of raw materials and inputs and with the financial investment needed to study the project was determined was determined, the investment is $ 21.923,74which will be financed with 35% of own resource and 65% with a bank loan to the National Development Bank to 5 years. |
