Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | This research project is the Internal Control and its relationship to decision making in the area providers of the Association of Small Farmers Earth Mother, Canton La Mana, 2013; evaluation is directed to a private organization, which in the aforementioned year had two hundred and ten suppliers. Where the research topic arises from the need to analyze the implementation of institutional policies, evaluate the internal control process based on the COSO model I and measure the level of compliance with the Law to Promote and market the Bananas. For which the appropriate methodology that allowed obtaining effective and reliable information was used; obtaining such results: the implementation and compliance with institutional policies established by management is appropriate to the purpose of the organization and serves as a framework for meeting the targets, allowing the remarkable improvement of the area and generating greater economic and social benefits ; internal control processes applied to transactions in direct purchases from suppliers show a high confidence level of 86.63%, which shows that these procedures are effective and provide reasonable assurance of achieving the objectives and goals, and; the level of compliance with the Law to Promote and Commercialize Bananas on the process and forms of payments to suppliers is acceptable, since the payment procedures are executed in compliance with accounting standards and tax numbers, despite the cancellation to suppliers not through Interbank Payment System SPI is running on time by check is performed. |
