Seeking to answer several questions, this arose in the following research problem: In what way inadequate treatment of solid waste, violates the Constitutional Law of the Good Life of the citizens? The negative impact of improper disposal of waste on the environment and health, the authorities of the GAD, in order to reduce the negative effects of poor practice is evident. By analysis of the applicability of methods and techniques that promote use, recovery and disposal of solid waste in the canton La Maná, that is socially sustainable, economically and environmentally. Proper management of solid waste under specific standards of sanitation, temporary storage, recovery, recycling and composting, fits our environment to provide solid waste sanitary manner. This research is aimed at implementing a feasible environmentally, socially and economically proposal giving compliance to what is stated in the COOTAD. The Autonomous Government of the Canton La Maná must implement a system for collecting, processing and / or utilization of solid waste. |
