Auditoría operacional y su incidencia en la eficiencia en los procesos del departamento de compras de la empresa haciendas taliz hacentaliz s.a. año 2022

The objective of this research work is to evaluate its impact on the efficiency in the processes of the purchasing department of the company HACIENDAS TALIZ HACENTALIZ S.A. Year 2022. In the development of this it was necessary to have an appropriate methodology, using deductive and analytical methods, complemented with bibliographic and documentary types of research, as well as evaluation techniques and instruments such as observation and interview. Within the research design, it was carried out by means of a planning, execution and report, an audit program was elaborated and together with it an internal control questionnaire. During this evaluation, calculations were made to find the inherent and control risk, which confirmed a moderate confidence of 80% and a low control risk of 20%. A series of findings were detected through the application of management indicators for the purchasing area, it was possible to evaluate the efficiency, efficacy, effectiveness; and thus demonstrate that the purchasing budget complies with what was assigned by the planning direction, achieving efficiency in its processes. After these results, it was concluded that there is a moderate control within the company. The final result of this evaluation is indicated in the report, which will help managers to remedy situations that affect the entity's operations.
