Etiketle | Özet: | Research of feasibility to create a branch of the DISELI company in Quevedo canton, dedicated to the sale of books is proposed to provide an alternative for business and opportunity for employment for the citizens; the specific objectives include: run the market study, investigate the technical requirements and evaluate the project economically and financially. The hypothesis is accepted because the proposal of having a distributor unit exclusively of texts in the quevedeña town is feasible according to the study by investment. The application of the methods enabled the obtaining of data required in the process of the rising of field research; the information was analyzed, tables and recorded in tables and through it was possible to structure analysis of market, technical, administrative, financial and economic; in relation to the type of research the use of documentary research was possible and of field, because through the survey aimed at economically active population by the year 2015 of the canton Quevedo and 50 distributors of texts was determined the market study supply and demand projections were made. In Appendix of the result are the following: The economic analysis the contribution of investment records an amount of USD 32.425,90 to initiate the operations of the Distributor, the income from the sale of books amounts to USD 324.309,64. On the financial evaluation, benefit the relation cost presents a benefit of us $ 0.27 cents. IRR exceeds the rate the market reference and stands at 70%. Finally the VAN it was positive and is part of a value of USD 286.811,59 which ensures the viability of the investment project to make operating the firm Quevedo texts. |
