is currently positioning itself significantly in the tourism sector, being a modality that many people prefer to do when visiting a tourist attraction that has the tourist facilities that are suitable for this type of tourism. The objective of this project is to develop a strategic plan for the development of ecotourism in the canton of Quevedo, encouraging the visit of tourists in order to promote these places socially and economically. A situational diagnosis of the ecotourism sites was carried out by making a field visit to these places and developing a SWOT analysis of the situation of each attraction. Consequently, surveys were carried out among the population of Quevedo, from which positive results were obtained from the population to promote ecotourism. In addition, a promotional video was made to be disseminated on social networks, detailing strategies, market segmentation, activities, goals, and target audience, as a mechanism that will allow citizens and their areas of influence to be informed about the attractions that the canton of Quevedo has for ecotourism.
