Examen especial a la cuenta de inventarios en la Compañía Bananas del ecuador s.a. Banadecsa, cantón Quevedo, 1er semestre 2013

He special examination to the inventory account in the company bananas from Ecuador SA BANADECSA Region Quevedo, H1 2013; aims; a) Establish the core business and legal regulations governing the Company Bananas Ecuador SA BANADECSA. b) Plan the evaluation of internal control to verify the degree of compliance with the objectives and measures of the accounts established by Bananas from Ecuador SA BANADECSA to safeguard financial resources, c) Check the critical areas of accounts inventories in the Company, d) Issuing the draft special examination of the inventory account; d) Prepare the internal control of the inventory account manual. This involved designing methods to achieve compliance with each of the objectives. The methodology was qualitative because it allowed describe the problems and results; and quantitatively by the values that were presented in absolute and percentage terms, applying a field investigation, ie referral to the scene and then proceeded to tabular information to be presented in statistical tables with their analysis . Besides bibliographical research was applied because source information as books related to the topic under study, thesis, internet, magazines enter other criteria of different authors was obtained. The research results showed a high level of confidence and low risk, without counting the company lacks an internal control manual, but there are no documented policies governing somehow activity and this area. The proposal was structured based on the results and weaknesses of the company, designing such a document as a basis to improve operational management and smooth running of the inventory system as a company that is dedicated to the commercial area.
