| Résumé: | This research was conducted at the experimental farm "Dam" State Technical University of Quevedo, located on the premises Faita, via Quevedo 7.5 km - San Carlos. At an altitude of 73 meters, the investigation lasted six months, from February to July 2014. The objective was to evaluate the production, quality health and behavior in 36 clones elites cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) in association with guabo (Inga sp). In Quevedo during the rainy season 2014. clone was assessed 31. 3 National witness EET-96, EET-103, EET-544 two Trinitarian JHVH 10 and CCN-51. triple lattice design was used with three repetitions at a distance of 3x3 m net plot consists of 36 plants per repetition and the following variables were recorded: number of healthy pods, number of diseased pods, number of witch brooms, fresh weight and performance. For variables pod index and index of seed. In the variables ear length, ear diameter, number of shell thickness groove groove level, shell thickness at shoulder groove. For variables budding, flowering, fruiting and cherelles wilt, an analysis was performed by monthly frequencies related to climatic factors. As for the results I present sprouting only difference February, blooming difference presented only the months of February, March, May and July, fruiting statistical difference only feel it in July, and cherelles wilt not show statistical difference. 12.00, 11.00 respectively in the number of healthy cob UICYT-C-081, CCN-51 (T1) with clones were highlighted. As regards the number of diseased ears clone UICYT-C-084 showed the highest degree of tolerance; while clone JHVH-10 (T5) was the most susceptible. Regarding the number of witch brooms UICYT clone-C-022 showed a high degree of resistance; and while the clone UICYT-C-063 was the most susceptible. The highest fresh weight was recorded in the CCN-51 and UICYT-C-074 clones with 1725.0 and 1416.7 g, and the yield indicated the CCN-51 and C-076 UICYT-clones 766.59 and 629.60 kg in its order. The UICYT-C-83 clone showed the lowest average for rates cob, and clone it reached the highest rate of seed was UICYT-C-071 with 1.8 g. The UICYT-C-83 clone showed the lowest average for rates cob, and clone it reached the highest rate of seed was UICYT-C-071 with 1.8 g. Continue this research for at least another year, to confirm the agronomic, sanitary and productive performance of the evaluated clones are identified as elites plants. Keywords: cocoa, elite clones, characterization, guabo . |
