| Shrnutí: | The objective of this project is to analyze gamification and its relationship with the teaching-learning process of the English language in upper basic education students of the "Rosa María Álava Moreira" Educational Unit. For this, an investigation with a quantitative and qualitative approach was applied, using the analytical-synthetic method, in the same way, a bibliographical investigation was carried out, since it was crucial to know the background, theories, concepts and approaches. On the other hand, the selected techniques were observation, survey and interview, and the applied instrument was the questionnaire. In relation to the population, this was composed of 74 students of the Institution. Based on the results, 70% of the students believe that gamification can help a lot in improving the comprehension and use of the English language, on the other hand, 69% thought that gamification can be a good option for those students who have difficulties to learn English. For its part, the teacher training plan turned out to be opportune because it aimed to innovate in education by investigating better learning. Within its development, various activities were carried out that helped to have a better perception of gamification. |
