Gestión administrativa y su impacto en la eficiencia de los procesos operativos de la empresa “ecuador divine ecuadivine s.a.s”, los ríos, año 2023

The main objective of this research is to analyze administrative management and its impact on the efficiency of the operational processes of the Company "Ecuador Divine Ecuadivine S.A.S", Los Ríos, year 2023. The study has a mixed approach, combining qualitative and quantitative information, documentary, descriptive and field, while the methods used were; inductive, deductive and analytical, in addition, the instruments used correspond to the interview directed to the owner manager, the survey applied to administrative and logistics employees, SWOT analysis, process flowcharts and KPIs were also used. The results of the study made it possible to identify the key components of the administrative management system such as; planning, organization, direction and control. However, it was evident that many of the activities are carried out empirically, without the support of a function manual or structured training policies, which limits organizational effectiveness. Furthermore, although significant progress has been made in strategic planning, financial management, and process digitalization, weaknesses persist in organizational structure, staff feedback, and a lack of evaluation indicators. Operational efficiency levels, measured through KPIs, revealed strengths in order management and quality control, but also weaknesses such as product waste during harvesting and non-compliance with orders, which highlight deficiencies in planning and internal control.
