Shrnutí:The present research project to obtain the degree of Engineer in Management's main objective Evaluate Talent management company "Orve Home" and its impact on customer Quevedo Canton, 2013. It started making a diagnosis of the problem, and the effects that originate in the current process. This leads to the search for a solution, for which, it was suggested the need for a process of performance evaluation, to determine the activities to be developed in the area of Human Resource, focused on meeting the strategic objectives. The administration helped achieve goals, making sure that everything works, achieving customer satisfaction, reflected in the performance of employees. For this project the ability to analyze the talent management and customer service seeking staff to develop communication skills and working to solve the problems presented in the daily was taken. It was proposed that the company personnel suits changes efficiently and effectively mobilizing core values and commitment of staff, making strong communication with customers, leading to the objectives.
