This project aims to create for Decentralized Autonomous Government Quevedo promotional and advertising plan to reduce disaster risk in the winter time for Quevedo 2015; to achieve this goal the following methodology was yesterday; 2. The second stage of the advertising plan executed with the use of advertising tools are the means communication turn distribution is created and TV script design and radio spots, print ad, billboard advertising text. It also has seven goals in this plan, blackjack labor shares at the end a conclusion points out the execution times of the plan and the completion and follow-up. Finally the literature and Linkography source attest to the veracity of this project.
