It is based on theoretical, conceptual, and legal foundations and follows a quantitative approach, utilizing inductive, deductiv, and descriptive methods. It also employs observation techniques and surveys with specific guidelines as research instruments. The data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel, which allowed us to identify the reliability level of the questionnaire administered to family business clients.
