This thesis entitled Strategic Plan to improve the organizational structure of the floriculture business "SEDAFY FLORAL" Canton Pedro Moncayo. For the contextual framework of the research took into account issues such as, introduction, objective and specific objectives and hypotheses. And ranking company, in the theoretical framework topics and subtopics that deal with research in relation to definitions and concepts as detailed. Management, administrative, agricultural management, internal and external factors, strategic plan, organizational structure, types of charts, floriculture, floriculture products, flower industry in Ecuador, factors of production (land, labor, capital), marketing, market, product, price, demand and supply. For the development of this thesis were used, methods, types, design, technical and research sources. Analysis and interpretation of the results of the interview applied to the manager of the company, as well as designing the strategic plan was implemented to improve the organizational structure of it which includes: organizational structure, user functions, corporate principles, mission, vision, objectives, strategies, production process flow chart, policies and purposes. Conclusions and recommendations, which were obtained after performing the research analysis were performed. The literature supporting the concepts and definitions.
