Agregar Etiqueta | Sumario: | This project presents the design of a quality management system based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard for the micro-company FUNDIMAR SA, developed with the aim of improving quality in the processes that directly and indirectly intervene in the final product. , an exhaustive analysis of the company was developed through which it was possible to verify the need for a SGC, a work plan was made for the preparation of the different documents and necessary requirements that the standard requires, later documents such as , procedures of the processes that generate the value of the company, instructions, records and other formats necessary to have a control of the process documenting the information and maintaining evidence of the facts, as a final part of this project a quality manual was created that indicates point by point how to apply the standard in the company also providing the necessary formats for its execution, among the most important points is that the manual contains the quality policy and objectives, formats to identify risks and opportunities.
