This case addressed a critical issue in public health, specifically recurrent pulmonary tuberculosis. It focused on analyzing nursing interventions in a male patient with this disease. Initially, a thorough assessment of the patient was conducted to understand his health status and specific needs. Based on the assessment, various nursing interventions were implemented to treat the disease. These included measures to promote adherence to antituberculous treatment, as well as education for the patient and his family on symptom management and control. Additionally, the patient's progress was monitored through regular laboratory tests and clinical evaluations. The results indicated significant improvement in the patient's health due to these interventions, thereby fulfilling the objective of analyzing the effectiveness of nursing interventions in managing recurrent pulmonary tuberculosis. This study highlighted not only the importance of proper medication administration but also the comprehensive support of the patient to achieve successful recovery and prevent future relapses. |

Por ende, la atención integral y el seguimiento continuo son fundamentales para abordar eficazmente esta condición y minimizar su impacto. Este caso abordó un problema crítico en la salud pública; específicamente, la tuberculosis pulmonar recurrente. Se centró en el análisis de las intervenciones de enfermería en un paciente masculino con dicha enfermedad, inicialmente, se llevó a cabo una valoración exhaustiva del paciente para comprender su estado de salud y necesidades específicas. Basado en la valoración, por lo cual se implementaron diversas intervenciones de enfermería dirigidas a tratar la enfermedad, estas incluyeron medidas para promover la adherencia al tratamiento antituberculoso, así como la educación del paciente y su familia sobre el manejo y control de los síntomas. Además, se realizó un seguimiento de la evolución del paciente mediante pruebas de laboratorio y evaluaciones clínicas regulares. Los resultados indicaron una mejora significativa en la salud del paciente gracias a estas intervenciones, cumpliendo así con el objetivo de analizar la efectividad de las intervenciones de enfermería en el manejo de la tuberculosis pulmonar recurrente.
