Today, having a website and having an Internet presence is an important factor because it expands market prospects, improves the service and information to the customer, decrease operative’s cost, facilitates the search for products, etc. Every day, individuals and companies publish new pages on the Internet offering a wide variety of products, information and services. Content quality is one of the most important factors when is time to position a website. For this reason, initially the content of the website and the Internet quality was analyzed, to increase the volume and traffic quality in the competitive framework of City of Quevedo. In the quantitative and qualitative analysis was made a survey to obtain first-hand information and see the feasibility of the Web site implementation. The results denote a greater demand of these sites for the coverage and the accessibility of Internet uses so is considered a viable and sustainable project.
