總結:In order to know about the relationship between the soil microfauna in the rhizosphere and the chemical composition of some forage a trial was conducted in three locations in Ecuador whose objectives were to determine the characteristics of the soil where it grows microfauna, set the number of colony forming units in each of the forage and evaluate the chemical composition of forage for each of the locations. The localities where the trial was conducted were the Experimental Farm The UTEQ-Maria Quevedo, Experimental Center La Playita - UTC canton La Mana Estate La Loma College and Jaime del Hierro parish of Santa Maria del Toachi Santo Domingo province and forage Matarratón, caraca, mulberry and Flemingia, was used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 12 treatments and three repetitions, the variables assessed were forage chemical composition, microbiological composition and soil analysis. The results were presented in the three localities the p H ranged from 5.60 to 5.80 considered moderately acid, organic matter is low to average between 1.50 to 4.00%, nitrogen was introduced to 9.00 to 17.00 ppm (low), the analysis of tissue in the area of the La Maria UTEQ was where they had the highest concentration of nitrogen in each of the forage under study. The highest levels were recorded in protein fodder Flemingia with 23.02% at the locality of the La Loma college Jaime Iron and mulberry 21.01% in the experimental farm La Maria - UTEQ, microfauna recorded the highest number of total aerobic and fungi-yeast Matarratón forage, nitrogen fixers free life in Flemingia in the La Loma college Jaime Iron and phosphorus solubilizing caraca in the town of La Playita Experimental Center of UTC.
