| Shrnutí: | This research, entitled "Analysis of the demand for profiles in the administrative area for large and medium companies in Quevedo town 2010 "It had as stage somes places such as: Quevedo (streets, October 7, Bolivar, June Guzman and the Parroquia Viva Alfaro), vía Valencia, San Camilo, vía Buena Fe Road to El Empalme, places of business concentration. About 150 large and medium companies are associated to the of Commerce Chamber of Quevedo. The completion of this research project, allows to implement the knowledge acquired during university studies, in order to contribute to social development, especially the student population of the State Technical University of Quevedo, contributing to the development processes of change and profiles improvement of professionals offered by the Department of Business, whinch has shortcomings in education system and inadequate subjects taught to students. Which works for guide for policy makers who make the best decisions on behalf of students. The main objective was. Develop an analysis of the demand profiles in the administrative area for large and medium enterprises in Quevedo town. Two types of research were used: applied and descriptive. Techniques were also used: surveys and interviews through a series of questions to the heads of human resources, managers and / or business owners. We investigated the professional profiles required in the administrative area department as, general management, human resources, financial and commercial management. It also took into account the chiefs, assistants and secretaries of eachdependence. Similarly, we investigated the higher-level studies of the executives of each department, the competencies and universities where the professionals have earned their title. It was reported that 70% of employers have human resource dependence, 30% said they did not have this option because several organizations are managers or owners who are responsible for recruitment. 42.5% of General Managers have been performed in master degree, 55% said they had undergaduate degree The professional profile which has more options for getting a position of general manager is Management Engineer, with a 37.5% acceptance by medium and large companies in Quevedo, followed by 27.5% who choose Engineers in Business Administration, 20% of companies request Economists, 10% prefer Engineers in Financial Management, and only 5% require the services of Marketing Engineers. |
