Thisis located the canton Durán Guayas province, dedicated to the production of soluble coffee. Toconduct this research, first we proceeded toper form the problematization, finding that the personnel workingin said factory doing different activities, thereby decreasingsales volumeand excessivedelay in the deliveryof the final product.
