Gaia:The present investigation was carried out in the cattle program of the Experimental Farm "La María" FCP-UTEQ, located at kilometer 7.5 of the Quevedo - El Empalme road; Entrance to the canton Mocache, province of Los Ríos. Its geographical location is 01 ° 3'18 '' South latitude and 79 ° 29'23 '' West longitude, at a height of 77.60 meters above sea level. The practical work began on September 26 of the two thousand sixteen and ended on January 6, two thousand eighteen, the objectives were as follows: To determine the best combination of urea and molasses for milk production in gyrholando mestizo cows. Obtain the treatment that presents the best physicochemical composition of milk in gyrholando mestizo cows with levels of urea and molasses with mulberry and moringa supplementation. To achieve economic analysis. Four Gyrholando cows were used, a 4 x 4 Latin square was applied, differences between means were established using the Tukey test (P≤0.05). The field work was carried out by carrying out the planned work in the bovine stock. The variables measured were: milk production, physical-chemical analysis of milk, weight gain, food consumption and economic analysis. In terms of milk production, the most important was the treatment with grazing + Urea 20 g and 1 liter of molasses + 2 liters of water + 10 kg of mulberry + 10 kg of moringa with 8.8 liters of cows ¹ day ¯¹ in the fourth evaluation period. The physical-chemical composition of the milk did not report statistical differences (P≤0.05) in any of its treatments. In the weight gain, statistical differences between the treatments were found (P≤0.05), the best treatment was Pasture + Urea 10 g and ½ liter of molasses + 1 liter of water + 10 kg of mulberry + 10 kg of moringa with 285.7 grams / animal / day. Food intake was total in all treatments. According to the economic analysis the treatment Grazing + Urea 10 g and ½ liter of molasses + 1 liter of water + 10 kg of mulberry + 10 kg of moringa presents the highest income in relation to profit and cost with $ 0.26 and the lowest income Was the treatment Grazing + Urea 40 g and 2 liter of molasses + 4 liter of water) + 10 kg of mulberry + 10 kg of moringa with $ 0.01.
