| Streszczenie: | This research was made in order to meet the supply and demand for four marketing organic fruits vegetables (tomato, eggplant, cucumber, pepper) in the Canton province of Cotopaxi La Maná, identifying the problems lies in the lack of organic vegetables due to the lack of publicity clearly indicating the lack of a marketing plan; so it based on determining the acceptability objectives raised; identify the marketing channels of the four vegetables and designing marketing strategies, gesture with the application of research techniques and sample population economically active population of the canton of La Maná which is 25055 inhabitants by 2014 is met, a proportional sample of 382 surveys are aimed at the target population, the statistical method was also used to determine the results of surveys mediantes statistical tables, and knowing that 92% of respondents if would pay a higher price for vegetables organic, marketing channels of the four organic vegetables Canton La Mana where this product is sold as are fairs vegetables, commissaries and stores indicating through research that when purchasing vegetables 54% of people do not distinguish was also identified its source whether organic or chemical due to lack of knowledge of the nutritional benefits that have organic products. Therefore the proposed marketing plan for the marketing of organic vegetables fruits such as tomatoes, eggplant, cucumber and pepper in the canton La Manna for the purpose presented is to be recognized as the best organic vegetables that is in the market through marketing mix strategies, product, price, place and promotion-advertising that allow positioning in the minds of consumers this food product and get people acquire basic organic vegetables as food for daily consumption of capturing more customers. |
