Voeg label toe | Samenvatting: | The present project was carried out with the purpose of to elaborate a program of prevention of mechanical risks in processes of cut and packing in the banana haciendas of the north of the province of the rivers, having as a basis the execution of the characterization to the workers, whereupon it was determined such aspects as: age, sex, occupation, time of work and time of working day, achieving an overview of the qualities of the staff implicit in the banana activities; then a survey was realized to the workpeople with whom there were established general aspects related to the safety and health in the work principally focused in the mechanical risks; in turn there was carried out the making of a plan of training of mechanical risks granting specific information to strengthen the knowledge of the workpeople in procura of the autocare of the same ones. It is necessary to emphasize that the handling of the curved one is the main causer of the injuries induced in the areas of work; in turn the regular floor it affects in the problems at the moment of handling the loads on the part of the workers, finally the supervision of every Stall of work is constantly executed achieving with this the autocare of the personnel. The program for the prevention of mechanical hazards has as purpose establish fixed actions that reduce or eliminate the risk mentioned above, in addition to concientizar at all the levels of the organization to be part of the creation of ambiences of sure work and comfortable at the moment of start his working day.
