The return on investment was determined through the study of financial, for the creation of the pharmacy. Quevedo is considered a commercial and productive sector, reason enough to understand that micro-enterprises that are established in the sector have a great reception. In the city there are several pharmacies, renowned brands such as: Cruz Azul, Sana Sana, economic pharmacies, your pharmacy, Botica Inglesa, Botica Switzerland, among other small businesses engaged in trade in medicines and toiletries. The project, it is considered a great opportunity to counteract the unemployment, the same as not only expected to cover the demand of the seven October parish, but your entire environment. The study was feasible, because there was the participation of residents and merchants of the city of Quevedo, also counted with the resources needed to carry out the study of market, technical, economic and financial. The results achieved in the economic and financial survey reveal that create and set up the pharmacy in October seven parish in the city of Quevedo, is required for a capital of $43.287,00, value that can be funded by the National Development Bank 5 year term with an interest rate of the 11.85%; cash flow showed that the investment will recover in a period of 2 years. The internal rate of return (IRR), obtained is 49,46%, which reflects the high profit margin and indicates that it is convenient to make the investment. |
