Riassunto:The objective of this research project was to evaluate the relationship between the work environment and compliance with internal policies at Corporación Noboa S.A. The work environment refers to the employees' perception of the work environment, including factors such as interpersonal relationships, leadership, communication and the physical conditions of the workplace. Internal policies and procedures established by the company seek to ensure compliance and guarantee operational efficiency. The research is exploratory, documentary and descriptive, inductive, deductive and analytical methods were applied, the techniques used were the survey and interview and documentary, for this purpose the interview guide with 12 questions and questionnaire with 45 questions in Likert scale, where Never (1), Occasionally (2) Regularly (3) and Always (4), considering the variables work environment with the dimensions motivation, communication, leadership, working conditions, work environment and job satisfaction; and the application of internal policies, were elaborated. The results show a generally positive work climate and compliance with policies, with areas for improvement in compensation, communication and professional development. A consistent relationship between communication, leadership and motivation is highlighted. Based on these results, improvements are proposed with training, updating of policies and strategies to optimize the work climate.
