| Samenvatting: | The effect of two bacterial inoculants and chemical composition and silage fermentation of forage maize (Zea mays L ) fermentation rebound 30 and 60 days were evaluated. PVC microsilos where fodder maize 3kg deposited over approximately LactoSilo including Gold and Sil All , where a solution containing 750 ml of distilled water with the addition of 1.8 grams of each prepared inoculum were used , each added microsilo 62.5 Ml of inoculum solution. At microsilos they were also added molasses as a source of soluble carbohydrates. Three treatments were established: T1 forage maize 30 and 60 days ; T2 forage maize Sil -All 30 and 60 days ; T3 forage maize LactoSilo Gold 30 and 60 days. Where variables fermentation pH and temperature were evaluated . Fermentation times 30 and 60 days samples of silage were collected at 0, 24, 48 , 72, 96,120 and 144 hours showed no statistical differences in the treatments ( T1 ensiled forage maize ; T2 silage forage maize plus the inclusion of Sil -All and T3 more corn silage forage including Lactosilo Gold), within 30 days of aerobic fermentation as the probability ( P < 0.005 ) . While after 60 days of aerobic fermentation differed statistical microsilos at 24 and 48 hours in aerobic and biochemical stability ( 4.36 b T1 , T2 and T3 4.41 ab 4.50 a) ( T1 4,47 b , ab and 4.60 to 4.54 ) , whereas at 0, 72 , 96, 120 and 144 hours there was no statistical difference by the probability (P <0.005 ) . The temperature of the microsilos of forage maize silage fermentation with two-time 30 to 60 days at 0, 24, 48 , 72, 96, 120 and 144 hours there is no statistical difference between treatments according to the probability (P < 0.005 ) , which thus can be seen in this study that there was no effect on the bacterial inoculants including an ideal temperature rather than survival of the lactic acid bacteria for the fermentation period of 30 days are set ( T1 corn silage forage 24.04 ; T2 forage maize silage plus the inclusion of Sil -All T3 24.01 and more forage maize silage inclusion lactosyl 24,04 ) , fermentation period of 60 days ( T1 forage maize silage 23 56; T2 forage maize silage plus the inclusion of Sil -………….. |
