Plan de implementación de cajas recaudadoras para mejorar los servicios que brinda la fundación para el desarrollo integral Espoir en la ciudad de Quevedo año 2013

In this research work poses a technical determination of the feasibility of implementation of collecting boxes as part of a new process for disbursement and collection of loans against the current set. In the same way it is expected that to be the foundation for the Integral Development ESPOIR an entity with sustainable growth and financially profitable, it is hoped that this work of investigation constitutes a contribution to optimize the resources involved in the process of disbursement and collection of loans and that this in turn will be reflected in the economic indicators of the entity. In the social and community aspect is expected that the implementation of boxes in the cities where it has a presence the Foundation for the Integral Development ESPOIR are a contribution and referent of growth as a community. We achieve a situational analysis of internal and external Espoir making use of the SWOT matrix to determine those aspects which make changes based on the proposed strategies; in addition it is knowing the degree of acceptance that will lead to the service of collecting boxes in Espoir branch Quevedo, Investigate which are the main difficulties in the process of collection and payment of the loans, as well as designing the mainstreaming plan collecting boxes in the office Espoir Quevedo. In which clears the following hypothesis: The customers of the Foundation for the Integral Development Espoir in the city of Quevedo, considered important the creation of collecting boxes to remove and make payments of their claims.
