Gestión organizacional de la empresa exportadora agrícola s.a. ma&cao y su incidencia en la captación de proveedores de cacao, año 2022

This document evaluates the impact of the organizational management of the company Exportadora Agrícola S.A. Ma&Cao on the recruitment of cocoa suppliers; For this, a field investigation was carried out in the San Carlos del Cantón Quevedo parish, applying various techniques such as: surveys, interviews and observation to know the current situation regarding the administrative and operational processes of the company Exportadora Agrícola S.A. , as well as to answer the questions of the research problem. Among the results obtained, it was determined that there are inconsistencies in the organizational structure of the company, shortcomings that incur in organizational management and therefore in its expansion prospects; These shortcomings and shortcomings have been notable in the staff that works in the agricultural company. Mocache, Babahoyo, Quevedo and Valencia are the cantons that supply the most cocoa in the province and the company acquires 26,215 tons per year, a relatively low amount due to poor planning that results in a weak recruitment of cocoa suppliers, which is negative because it influences export quotas and sustainable business development; Considering that and due to the need presented by the company, the design and implementation of a strategic planning model that allows the MA&CAO agricultural company to motivate work performance is proposed; in the same way, enhance the development of operational processes and the planning of business activities that optimize the recruitment of cocoa suppliers
