| Riassunto: | In the Experimental Farm "La Maria" in Creole Program birds, Faculty of Animal Science, State Technical University of Quevedo (UTEQ), located in the km 7 via Quevedo- El Empalme, Mocache Canton, this work was performed "Production of naked neck chickens fed with Red Californian (Eisenia foetida) worm and banana leaf flour (Musa paradisiaca L.), included in balanced diets grazing" for a period of twelve weeks. The production parameters were apparent retention of nutrients, feed intake (g), weight gain (g), feed conversion, carcass yield and cost-effectiveness of treatments, for which were used for the first experiment 18 birds six replicates, six birds by replicas. The treatments were T0 = Control (balanced, without flour); T1 = 4% flour banana leaf (Hhp); T2 = 7% Hhp. For the second experiment, 108 birds six replicates, six replicates were used birds. The treatments were T0 = Control (without restrictions); T1 = 25% restriction; T2 = 50% restricti. Complete block design at random (DBCA) was used. The results of this work were subjected to analysis of variance (ANOVA) for comparisons of treatment means the Tukey test (P <0.05) was used. In the apparent nutrient retention, the best value reported by treatment with 7% Hhp inclusion. The witnesses birds (T0) showed increased feed intake. While birds that consumed 4% Hhm (T1) achieved greater weight gain and feed conversion. All treatments had similar behavior (P> 0.05) live weight indicators (g); carcass yield (%). |
