Each of these treatments was distributed from an experimental diet with different inclusion of chitosan at (0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5%). Where it was established that the highest electrolyte metabolic response occurred in treatments T3 and T5 with inclusion of 3% and 5% chitosan for calcium, while in potassium it was demonstrated in treatments T3 and T4 with inclusion of 3% and 4% chitosan . There was no statistical difference in the alanine aminotransferase enzyme, however the highest value was presented in T0 and T3 (0% and 3% chitosan in the diet). In proteins, there was a significant difference in total proteins, even so, finding a greater elevation in T3 and T2 (3% and 2% of chitosan in the diet) in albumin and for globulin there was a higher concentration in T0 and T1 (0% and 1% chitosan in the diet) where it is concluded that according to the statistical analysis, a significant difference was found for total proteins, globulin albumins, finding a greater elevation for proteins in T3 and T2, as well as for albumin in terms of globulins higher concentration in T2 and T3; Alanine aminotransferase showed significant differences for the treatments, higher values were found in T2 and T5 where almost no difference was obtained and that the content of electrolytes in potassium, calcium showed significant differences, higher values were found in T3 and T4 for calcium , as well as potassium for tilapia fingerlings. I conclude that feeding chitosan under diets shows us that there are significant differences in total proteins; alanine aminotransferase and electrolytes. Key words: albumin, pelleted feed, biostimulant, blood plasma, metabolic response.El objetivo principal de esta investigación fue la evaluación del efecto de quitosano en dieta peletizada donde se examinó la respuesta metabólica de electrolitos, alanina aminotransferasa y las proteínas en juveniles de tilapia roja (Oreochromis mossambicus x Oreochromis niloticus). Para lo cual, se manejaron 6 tratamientos con tres repeticiones en un DCA. Cada uno de estos tratamientos se distribuyó de una dieta experimental con diferente inclusión de quitosano al (0, 1, 2, 3, 4 y 5%). Donde se estableció que la mayor respuesta metabólica de electrolitos se presentó en los tratamientos T3 yT5 con inclusión de quitosano al 3% y 5% para calcio mientras en potasio se demostró en los tratamientos T3 y T4 con inclusión de quitosano al 3% y 4%. En la enzima alanina aminotransferasa no existió diferencia estadística sin embargo el mayor valor se presentó en el T0 y T3 (0% y 3% de quitosano en la dieta). En la proteínas existió diferencia significativa en proteínas totales, aun así encontrando una mayor elevación en T3 y T2 (3% y 2% de quitosano en la dieta) en las albuminas y para globulina se presentó mayor concentración en T0 y T1 (0% y 1% de quitosano en la dieta) donde se concluye que de acuerdo al análisis estadístico se encontró diferencia significativa para proteínas totales, albúminas globulinas, encontrando una mayor elevación para las proteínas en T3 y T2 ,al igual para las albuminas en cuanto en la globulinas mayor concentración en el T2 y T3; la alanina aminotransferasa mostró diferencias significativas para los tratamientos, se encontraron mayores valores en el T2 y en T5donde no se obtuvo casi diferencia y que el contenido de electrolitos en potasio, calcio mostró diferencias significativas, se encontraron mayores valores en el T3 y T4para el calcio, al igual en el potasio para los alevines de tilapia. Concluyo que la alimentación con quitosano bajo dietas nos muestra que hay diferencias significativas en proteínas totales; alanina aminotransferasa y lo electrolitos.
